## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Brazil. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing national marketing strategies at a local level, increasing brand value and sales volume.

Responsibilities:

- Execute national marketing strategy locally with excellence

- Communicate Red Bull's strategies, objectives, and philosophies to regional teams

- Develop and execute regional plans with a focus on proximity and frequency

- Lead consumer collecting programs, increasing experimentation in strategic moments

- Develop new and relevant ideas locally, activating global and national initiatives

- Define regional objectives and goals for Field Marketing Specialists

- Participate in local events relevant to Red Bull

Requirements:

- Superior degree in a marketing-related field

- Experience in marketing, preferably in the culture and sports industries

- Experience in direct people management, recruitment, training, and motivation

- Strategic thinking, proactivity, initiative, and execution capabilities

- Knowledge of local scenes and good networking skills

- Creative mindset with a history of implementing new ideas and evaluating results

- Advanced English language skills
