## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Student Marketeer to join our team in Erfurt, Germany.

As a Student Marketeer, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products on your university campus and in the local region.

Your tasks will include:

- Representing the Red Bull brand through daily interactions with consumers and customers

- Expanding our customer base by offering our products and increasing brand awareness through sampling

- Developing and implementing a tailored campus plan to engage students and make the Red Bull brand visible on campus

- Building a strong network and establishing relationships with key personalities in the region

- Promoting brand loyalty through authentic content on social media

- Collaborating with the sales team to create new distribution points and ensure product availability

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality

- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships

- Active participation in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region

- Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with occasional availability on weekends and evenings

- Strong interest in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and products

- Valid driver's license

Travel requirements: 40-50%
