## Description

We're hiring a Data Center Operations Manager to build the function from zero. This is a builder role where you'll own white space fit-out and commissioning of new clusters we are bringing up. You'll also stand up the smart hands and break-fix functions: hiring, playbooks, the operating model.

You'll design, fit-out, and commission white space across owned and colo sites: PDUs, CDUs, busway, in-row cooling, high-density power. You'll build the smart hands and break-fix teams. You'll run a multi-site portfolio across stages: build, commission, ramp, live.

You'll hold vendors and integrators to schedule and spec: Supermicro, NVIDIA, cooling vendors, cable plant subs, the GC. You'll own the technical calls on white space: rack layout, cooling topology, cable plant, power redundancy, serviceability.

You'll partner with network eng on InfiniBand/Interconnects. You'll establish standards that scale, so site #10 doesn't need you on every commissioning call.
