## Description

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join their team. The Customer Success Architect (CSA) team focuses on aligning, enabling, and expanding customer relationships. As a CSA, you will partner with customers to turn their desired business outcomes into actionable objectives, leveraging your understanding of DevSecOps best practices, industry trends, and GitLab's software capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with customers to achieve business outcomes

- Guide customers on GitLab platform, best practices, and use cases

- Understand customer journeys and guide future adoption

- Act as GitLab liaison for customer questions, issues, or escalations

- Own a book of assigned customers, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction

- Remain knowledgeable on GitLab releases

- Provide onboarding activities and program manage account escalations

Requirements:

- Understanding of Git, software development lifecycle, and DevSecOps

- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent

- Experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes

- Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills

- Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English and Arabic
