We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our team in a full-time, permanent position at one of our offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Munich.

Responsibilities:

- Restructuring

- Transaction-related labour law

- Employee participation programmes and special compensation systems

- Occupational pension provision

- Co-determination in the company and in the workplace

- Collective bargaining law

- Employment contracts for board members and managing directors

- Litigation in economically or strategically significant cases

Profile:

- You have completed your law studies with above-average success

- You have excellent English skills

- Entrepreneurial thinking and juristic creativity complete your profile
