## Description

ElevenLabs is building its first dedicated Canadian go-to-market team and is seeking a founding Account Executive based in Canada. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, and passionate about voice technology and its impact on businesses.

The role involves building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts

- Identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency

- Proactive outbound prospecting and partnering with the SDR team to identify and engage net-new accounts

- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape

- Demonstrating expertise or a strong willingness to learn about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, or API platforms. They will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, self-sourcing pipeline, and running a disciplined outbound motion.
