## Description

As a Senior Estates Manager at Marks & Spencer, you will play a crucial role in the Rotate the Estate transformation programme, focusing on leveraging value from the existing estate to drive growth and ensure stores are fit for the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving value from the existing estate, including the sub-let portfolio

- Identifying and targeting key cost savings throughout the estate

- Effective management of trading and closed sites to optimise shareholder value

- Collaborating with colleagues across the property function and wider business to deliver the long-term estates strategy

- Developing and strengthening working relationships with landlords

- Championing the company's ambitious property plans as a key spokesperson to the UK property industry

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in asset or estates management

- Critical thinking with the ability to reach data-driven solutions

- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present to senior leaders

- Good working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law

- Strong financial acumen

- Experience of working alongside and leading other SME professionals
