As a Retail Store Associate, you'll play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You'll provide differentiated customer service, accurately perform cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support opening and closing store activities. You'll also assist pharmacy personnel and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities

- Assist pharmacy personnel and provide customer support to all departments

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Requirements**

- At least 16 years of age

- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods

- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Schedule**

- Anticipated weekly hours: 29

- Time type: Part-time

- Shift flexibility: Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday 8 am - 6 pm, Sunday 8 am - 6 pm

- Weekend shift frequency: Every other weekend required

**Pay Range**

- $15.00 - $22.00
