## Description

TGR Haas F1 Team, a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, seeks a Senior Aerodynamics Designer to join their team in Maranello, Italy.

The successful candidate will report to the Aerodynamics Designer Team Leader and play a crucial role in delivering departmental and organisational objectives. You will work closely with aerodynamicists, model designers, and full-size car designers to produce high-quality surfaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-performance surfaces for CFD Wind Tunnel testing and full-size releases.

- Provide design and development direction on Wind Tunnel models.

- Supervise and mentor junior aero designers.

- Ensure adherence to standard design practices and maintain high-quality surface geometry.

- Develop workflow automation tools and communicate task status effectively.

**Requirements:**

- GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.

- University degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or motorsport environment, preferably in Formula 1.

- Exceptional creativity and understanding of surfacing and parametric modelling techniques.

- Experience with CAD software, specifically CATIA/3DX.

- Strong understanding of kinematics problems related to suspension movements.
