## Description

We are seeking a Partner Account Specialist to join our Alliances & Partners team. As a key operational partner to our Sales Director Euro West, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of partner relationships across the Euro West and Euro South regions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, managing support requests and resolving issues

- Updating and maintaining partner account information in our CRM and internal systems

- Ensuring accurate billing for partner-generated business, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with Finance teams

- Providing compliance documentation as requested by partners

- Leading partner onboarding processes and coordinating technical setup with Professional Services teams

- Maintaining reliable partner data, tracking product usage, and identifying underutilization or overutilization

- Preparing partner performance reviews and monthly reporting

- Contributing to continuous process improvement and team dynamics across both regions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience in sales operations, commercial support, or partner management, ideally in a B2B software, data, or financial services environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders

- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and strong analytical and office skills

- Comfort working with numbers and a focus on accuracy, particularly in billing and usage tracking

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions

- Fluency in French and professional-level English; proficiency in a Southern European language (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is highly desirable

Our base pay range for this role is €33,400 - €55,300, with a total target cash range of €51,200 - €85,400.
