## Description

ShipMonk is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for helping run department operations and leading the department when supervisors and managers are away.

Responsibilities:

- Assist supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates

- Help run department operations and lead department when supervisor and manager are away

- Utilize technology and possess strong attention to detail

- Manage inventory and perform cycle counting

- Solve problems and make decisions

Requirements:

- 1+ year of leadership experience

- 1+ year of warehousing experience

- Ability to stand for most of the day

- Ability to lift up to 40lbs

- Experience with inventory management systems

- Detailed-oriented and problem-solver
