## Description

This role involves influencing decisions as an advisor or counsel, establishing overall business or technical strategy. As a Director, you will spend significant time on strategy and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

You will collaborate with regional Small and Medium Business stakeholders to drive and influence key projects and initiatives that will significantly impact the UK Small and Medium Business portfolio business. You will serve as a primary representative of PayPal to partners, prospects, merchants, and others in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and owning the Small and Medium Business commercial plan to achieve KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Developing and executing against a set of global and local commercial priorities

- Being accountable for Revenue and Transaction Margin targets across these initiatives

- Representing the segment in market operating reviews and broader global forums

- Understanding the UK Small and Medium Business business end-to-end across multiple domains

- Providing market-backed insights to drive improvements and deep understanding of the competition

Requirements include:

- 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Experience at the forefront of the B2B sector, ideally in payments

- Experience in leading and influencing large cross-functional teams

- Strong quantitative analytical skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
