## Description

Anthropic's Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams shape understanding of AI, its risks, and benefits. The Head of Recruiting, Communications, Brand, & Marketing will lead a team of recruiters, partnering with leaders to drive hiring efforts.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and retain a team of senior recruiters

- Build trust with leaders of Communications, Brand, and Marketing

- Run a tight operation with headcount plans, pipeline data, and reporting

- Use data to track search progress and identify bottlenecks

- Collaborate with operations partners on headcount, planning, and priorities

- Establish consistent processes across the team

- Hire recruiters, including specialists in communications and brand hiring

- Partner with Compensation, Finance, and People Partners for a fair process

Requirements:

- Managed recruiters, maintaining a strong team culture

- Trusted recruiting partner to senior executives

- Experience with recruiting operations and data analysis

- Ability to work at a high pace and provide direct feedback

- Confidentiality and good judgment in sensitive searches

Strong candidates may also have:

- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years managing recruiters

- Experience leading executive searches or owning a recruiting portfolio for Communications, Brand, or Marketing

- Supported leaders with high-stakes public work

- Scaled a recruiting team at a fast-growing company

- Fluency with recruiting systems and AI tools

The annual compensation range for this role is $295,000-$375,000 USD.
