## Description

Honda Aircraft Company is seeking a creative and strategic leader to manage and grow the HondaJet brand. This role is responsible for developing, expressing, and delivering the company's brand, messaging, and customer experiences across all customer-facing touchpoints in a consistent, compelling, and high-quality manner.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing communications,both conventional and unconventional,that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and ensure cohesive brand expression across digital channels, content, events, and experiential initiatives.

Key accountabilities include leading overall marketing communications strategy and integration, establishing and managing the annual integrated marketing communications planning process, building and managing a high-performing team, and overseeing digital marketing strategy, including website and social media.

The role also involves collaborating with Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and various Global Honda stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated messaging, overseeing merchandise strategy and implementation, managing overall integration of events, and managing and optimizing overall marketing communications budget.

Domestic and international travel is required.
