As the Business Excellence Manager, Food, you will help the Head of Food Deliveries shape priorities and drive execution excellence across the GrabFood Indonesia vertical.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

- Lead GrabFood Indonesia's annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning cycles, including financial planning and forecasting as well as commercial target-setting.

- Monitor business performance across financial, commercial, marketplace, delivery, user, and merchant metrics, and drive follow-up actions on material gaps.

- Structure complex business problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop clear recommendations with quantified trade-offs.

- Build and improve dashboards, operating cadences, and management updates that enable accurate and timely decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, and/or financial planning and forecasting. Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Business Management, Industrial Engineering

- Proven experience in financial modelling, simulation and analysis

- Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions). SQL/Python/R skills are advantageous
