## Description

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will grow with an Ownership Mindset, collaborate with peers and leaders, and experience a high-performance culture.

You will be working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

- Accept and process customer inventory

- Deliver products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately

- Ensure quality of each shipment and pack items correctly

- Handle, store, and distribute products safely and securely

- Follow standard operating procedures and report any concerns

Requirements:

- Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly

- Previous warehouse experience not required, 7-day training program provided
