## Description

As a Business Immigration Associate at Fragomen, you will work in a dynamic environment with a talented team who share your passion for immigration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop an expert-level understanding of your client base, industries, and the firm's practice areas and services.

- Develop case strategies, including researching, drafting, reviewing, counselling clients, and triaging initiations.

- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural issues and case strategy.

- Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.

- Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.

- Prepare petitions and applications for submission to government agencies.

- Draft and prepare letters and legal documents.

- Conduct research to support client requests and projects.

- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and share information.

- Mentor and coach junior Associates and other staff.

- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and standardization.

**Requirements:**

- U.S. JD or LLM required.

- Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.

- 2-3 years of experience at Associate level.

- Expanded practical understanding of immigration law.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Dedication to exceptional client service.

- Demonstrated attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation:**

The salary range for this role is $144,000.00 - $173,000.00.
