## Description

LSEG is seeking a Content Infrastructure Owner to manage the evolution of tools and design exit strategies from existing utilities into a core set of capabilities for all teams across the Content Operations organisation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Managing internal product capabilities to ensure new functionality is fit for purpose and readily available to all internal customers

- Gathering and prioritizing stakeholder feedback and understanding customer needs to drive innovation and increase operational adoption

- Developing comprehensive product definitions, concept proposals, and business cases which result in marketable products and services

- Reviewing current capabilities to ensure that quality is being maintained

- Deploying capabilities into Content Production and continuously evolving capabilities

- Defining and owning parameters to report the effectiveness of tools and the function they perform

- Defining and reporting on KPIs to assess status of tools in scope for stability and resilience

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10+ years of financial markets and operations expertise, with demonstrated success in data operations and management

- Strong leadership abilities and behaviors including accountability, collaboration and partnership, strategic thinking, talent development, effective communication skills

- At least 5 years of leadership experience with proven track record of attracting, developing and retaining talent

- Experience with delivering transformational changes in a customer and product led setting

- Ability to strategize the delivery and implementation of business cases

- Understanding of coding, generate code (Python, SQL), use of AI Agents

- Expert user of MSFT products and LSEG products/tools
