## Description

Join Ubisoft as a Campus & Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern and help identify and recruit future talent for various roles.

As part of the International Headquarters' Campus Team, you will report to the Campus Manager.

Your main tasks will include:

- Collaborating with managers to understand their needs and preferences

- Writing and publishing job postings

- Analysing applications and conducting phone pre-qualifications

- Coordinating interviews with managers and advising them on final decisions

- Ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

- Tracking recruitment KPIs

You will also contribute to school-related activities, such as participating in forums and workshops, and maintaining a pool of candidates.

Additionally, you will help develop Ubisoft's employer brand by optimising recruitment processes and promoting the company's culture.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing higher education in HR, project management, or a related field

- Ideally, some experience in recruitment or HR project management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work assertively and tenaciously

- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is desirable

- Fluency in English
