## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations from administration to manpower arrangement

- Support clinic operations, including blood-taking, dispensing, ECG, treadmill, etc.

- Work on procurement and maintain good level of clinic equipment and medical consumable goods

- Provide guidance, training and support for all clinic staff within the clinic

- Supervise and ensure all clinic staff are clinically competent to deliver clinical duties and monitor their performance

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documents

- Provide excellent customer service to patients

- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic Manager

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of solid In-Charge experience in out-patient clinics

- Experience in check-up services is a plus

- License of health care assistant is a must

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

- Fluent in Cantonese with good English skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

- Immediate availability is highly preferred

- Must be able to do blood taking, ECG and report abnormal vital signs

- Valid BLS certificate
