## Description

The Project Excellence Lead role involves driving fulfillment of strategic projects through commercial excellence and supporting efficient management of contracts. You will provide commercial and trade solutions to support the execution of SI Management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading KSA projects implementation with continuous monitoring and course correction

- Making practical and effective recommendations to prioritize issues and opportunities

- Executing key cross-functional country-specific projects of operational and strategic nature

- Sustaining a wide network of external and internal alliances

- Supporting the company in the execution of contractual agreements and key partnerships

- Planning and executing cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency in distribution initiatives

- Managing contracts, including risk assessment and evaluation, due diligence, and regular evaluation of third-party performance

- Monitoring and maintaining the overall process timeframe

- Keeping records and archiving related reviews, approvals, and documents

- Supporting data-driven decision-making and establishing benchmarks for third-party engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, science, finance, or a similar discipline

- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in commercial, procurement, contracting, and finance

- 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Demonstrated success managing project teams

- Expertise in drafting, concluding, and negotiating different types of business agreements

- Strong project management experience

- Ability to explore, evaluate, and support implementation of key business development strategies

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
