## Description

We are seeking a Forward Deploy Engineer to join our Sales Engineer team at Yuno. As a critical part of our Commercial team in Brazil, you will work closely with prospects to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and deliver code-level product demonstrations

- Designing and executing custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on client-specific tech stacks and use cases

- Responding to technical queries throughout the sales process, acting as a bridge between customers, sales, and engineering

- Building and maintaining sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate prospect technical evaluation

- Collaborating with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience

- Leading and contributing to RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation required during the sales cycle

- Troubleshooting integration issues in real-time during technical evaluations

- Building credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders by communicating complex payment orchestration concepts clearly

- Identifying patterns across prospects' technical objections to surface insights that improve sales and product development

The ideal candidate will have:

- Advanced English and Spanish language skills

- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role within payments or fintech

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL)

- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

- Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS, encryption)

- Familiarity with SQL and reading logs/traces to troubleshoot integration issues

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

- Track record of delivering successful technical product demonstrations and presentations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
