As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role in our family, working both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help when needed

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities, and provide customer support to all departments

- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Required Qualifications:**

- At least 16 years of age

- Physical Requirements:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently

- Visual acuity to view computer terminals, read, and inspect small parts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 20 hours per week

**Time Type:**

- Part-time

**Shift Flexibility:**

- Monday: 3 pm - 8 pm

- Tuesday: 3 pm - 8 pm

- Wednesday: 3 pm - 8 pm

- Thursday: 3 pm - 8 pm

- Friday: 3 pm - 8 pm

- Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm

- Sunday: 9 am - 5 pm

**Weekend Shift Frequency:**

- Every other weekend required

**Pay Range:**

- $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
