## Description

We are seeking a Service Lead - Maritime Planning to join our team in Dubai or KSA. As a qualified maritime engineer with 10+ years of experience, you will lead and manage a team of 5-10 maritime planning professionals, oversee project delivery from feasibility to tender stages, and drive business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of maritime planning professionals

- Identify skill gaps and hiring needs

- Lead maritime planning projects and opportunities from pursuit through delivery

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Drive business development initiatives

- Forecast project workload and monitor performance against budgets

- Serve as a subject matter expert in maritime planning

- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations

- Lead research and innovation initiatives

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

- Review and approve technical reports and presentations

- Present project outcomes to executive-level client stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in maritime engineering

- Professional registration or certification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is advantageous

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Extensive technical expertise in maritime planning

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Established network of clients and industry contacts across the Middle East
