## Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Cleaner/Car Park Operative based in Salisbury to work part-time at the Old George Mall Shopping Centre.

The main duties of your role will be:

- Overseeing the computer car park system

- Dealing with customers face-to-face, over intercom system, and phone call systems

- Sorting out problems with car park pay stations

- Assisting customers with queries and issues

- Liaising with the Control Room

- Responding to alarms

- Keeping high standards of cleanliness around the car park, including litter picking and operating ride-on equipment

- Carrying out cleaning and re-stocking supplies in public toilets

- Controlling stock levels of car park tickets and replenishing tickets in the ticket machines when necessary

- Reporting any faults to car park equipment

- Reporting any breaches to vehicle security

- Carrying out other duties as directed

- Maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff, following all health and safety procedures
