## Description

Practice Plus Group has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Advisor to join our team, utilising your Nursing or Paramedic experience to deliver outstanding patient care without the physical demands of acute work.

As a Clinical Advisor, you will assess callers with a wide spectrum of clinical conditions, provide home care management advice, and refer them to further care when appropriate. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to patients' immediate needs.

The role involves:

- Speaking with patients and providing telephone triage using NHS Pathways systems

- Using clinical knowledge to make decisions on the most appropriate action to take

- Providing home care advice to callers

- Working set shift patterns

You will receive:

- Pay: £25.28-£31.61 per hour

- 25 days annual leave, increasing with service up to 28 days per year + bank holidays

Requirements:

- UK Registered Nurse (NMC) or Paramedic (HCPC) with post-registration acute or primary care experience

- Significant post-registration training and experience

- 2 years recent experience in adult acute or primary/community care

- Strong understanding of patient management in primary or secondary care

- Triage/telephone advice experience

- Clinical decision-making capabilities and critical thinking

- Experience of working independently
