## Description

Duly Health and Care is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join their outpatient rehabilitation team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be able to provide individualised, one-on-one care to patients.

The role offers a range of benefits, including:

The schedule is part-time, Monday-Friday, with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. The last patient is scheduled at 6:00 PM.

The compensation package includes:

- Base salary: $77,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

- Eligibility for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
