## Description

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to create and execute visibility of the Red Bull brand in retail points of sale and manage the Trade Marketing team.

Key areas where you will shine:

- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans for all sales channels

- Work out a Retail Media strategy

- Support the sales department in building the Red Bull brand presence

- Activate new product launches

- Communicate consumption occasions and marketing highlights on point-of-sale materials

- Communicate promotional activities in the retail and wholesale markets

- Prepare point-of-sale materials on time for the sales departments

- Implement consumer activations

- Close collaboration between departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance)

- Manage and develop a team

- Analyse competitor actions (in-store)

- Effective cooperation with suppliers

Requirements:

- Higher education

- At least 3 years of experience in managing a Trade Marketing department in an FMCG company

- Experience in creating trade marketing strategies

- Knowledge of consumer marketing in retail points of sale

- Experience in managing budgets

- Knowledge of merchandise and sales mechanisms

- Analytical skills

- Experience in project management

- Excellent English language skills

- Driving license: category B
