## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

We are looking for an Associate, Business & Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing team in Irvine, CA.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth and business operations teams.

Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the Business Line runs.

- Develop bespoke analyses and associated operating rhythms to support improvement in data accuracy and reporting.

- Partner directly with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations to manage dynamic changes to forecast.

- Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions.

- Prepare concise, high-quality materials for leadership reviews.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role.

- High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.

- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data.

- Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Salesforce data environments.

- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Looker/Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

The salary range for this role is $112,000-$149,000 USD.
