Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brent Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time role with varying shifts, including nights

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods

- Competitive hourly rate with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide product recommendations and drive sales growth

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
