## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Cleveland Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and provide therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and create personalised care plans

- Provide evidence-based interventions to help patients meet their goals

- Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- Basic Life Support certification
