## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT's Croydon Centrale location, you will lead a team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves supporting the online business, ensuring accurate stock processes, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager

- Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient and safe environment

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
