## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow design and development across our ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate has a strong development background, excellent analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules including Now Assist.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.

- Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.

- Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.

- Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.

- Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.

- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.

**Requirements**

- 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI.

- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days.

- Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Must be a U.S. person.

- Location: Must be willing to work in a GDIT office a minimum of 3+ (three) days per week.
