## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Acorn Park in Crawley. You'll work Sundays from 16:30-20:30, Wednesdays from 18:00-22:00, and Fridays from 18:00-22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide exceptional service, recommend products, and drive sales growth. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Flexibility is key, as you'll work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.

In this role, you'll:
