## Description

We're seeking a Junior Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns across search and social channels. You'll drive performance, analyze data, and gain hands-on experience with multiple platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) or paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

- Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, and creative content.

- Support budget allocation and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

- Continuously learn about new trends and best practices in paid media.

**Requirements:**

- Interest in digital marketing, especially PPC and social advertising. 1-2 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.

- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills in English.
