## Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Utilities Cloud Project Manager to lead and oversee our SAP Utilities Cloud implementation projects. As a SAP Utilities Project Manager, you will be part of an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment of 300,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and quality assurance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO level key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project success.

- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems within the organisation.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in SAP Utilities or SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects, including greenfield, cloud migration, and transformation programs.

- Strong Understanding of SAP Utilities, SAP IS-U, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall.
