## Description

We are seeking a Yard Hostler Operations Lead to join our team at Red Bull North America, Inc. in Waddell, Arizona.

As a Yard Hostler Operations Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the unloading of inbound shipments, verifying paperwork, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments, and assisting with day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments

- Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with associates and drivers

- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors

- Assist with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts

- Evaluate the performance of team members and provide training experience

- Document receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and specialty items

- Assist with supervision of maintenance of product handling equipment and inventory warehousing control systems

- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment

- Perform safety inspections and audits as required

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environments

- 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics

- SAP experience is a plus

- Forklift driving experience required, PIT certified required

- Conveyance and/or automation experience is a plus

- Strong attendance and punctuality

- Prior exposure to CPG and/or Food & Beverage industries

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems

- Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Working Conditions:

- Ability to stand, walk, and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

- Regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

- Responsible for overall safety and safe operation of motor vehicle

Compensation:

- $27.00 per hour

- $3.00 shift differential

- 5% target quarterly bonus
