Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Galleries Washington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in the food section

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, including working across various areas of the store

The role involves working part-time hours, with shifts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
