## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead a team of 20+ members. The successful candidate will have strong end-to-end programming experience, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF development, as well as at least 2 years of relevant experience in project and people management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of statistical programmers and oversee project metrics

- Develop and implement programming strategies for SDTM, ADaM, and TLFs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

- Strong end-to-end programming experience, including SDTM, ADaM, and TLF development

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project and people management

- Proficiency in R or Python is a plus

- Experience in safety and efficacy programming, including writing specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets

- Ability to lead a team of 20+ members
