### Role Details

We are seeking a skilled leader with extensive SoC/ASIC experience and a passion for customer success to join our team as a Senior Manager, Applications Engineering. As a member of our team, you will lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers, manage execution across multiple customer projects, resolve customer escalations, and drive solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop Application Engineers

- Manage execution across multiple customer projects

- Resolve customer escalations and drive solutions

- Standardize integration reviews and engagement best practices

- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for improvements

- Track metrics and optimize team processes

As a Senior Manager, Applications Engineering, you will enhance adoption of Synopsys Interface IP products, enable successful customer design integrations, boost customer satisfaction, and strengthen Synopsys' market position.

### Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering

- 15+ years in SoC/ASIC development and technical leadership

- Experience with PCIe/Ethernet protocols

- Hands-on simulation, synthesis, STA expertise

- Strong team leadership and customer support skills

### Who We Are Looking For

- Willing to travel for key engagements no more than 15% of the time
