## Senior Producer, Game Features

At Epic Games, we're looking for a Senior Producer to drive production for game experiences that shape player expression and product value across the ecosystem.

### What You'll Do

As a Senior Producer, you will lead roadmap planning and execution for ecosystem and cosmetic-focused initiatives, from early concept through launch. You will partner with cross-discipline teams to ship high-quality features and content that enhance the player experience.

### Responsibilities

- Lead roadmap planning and execution for ecosystem and cosmetic-focused initiatives

- Partner with design, art, engineering, and product to shape and deliver player-facing features and experiences

- Contribute to product direction by helping evaluate feature scope, trade-offs, and player impact

- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure releases meet creative, quality, and strategic goals

- Build and maintain project plans and schedules while managing dependencies across development teams

- Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum

- Ensure high standards of execution while balancing creativity, timelines, and technical constraints

### Requirements

- 6+ years of production experience within the gaming industry

- Experience shipping game features or content from concept through release

- Strong product judgment with the ability to contribute to feature direction and player experience

- Experience partnering closely with design and art teams to deliver player-facing content

- Ability to independently own and drive complex initiatives

- Experience aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, design, art, and product

- Strong communication skills and ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders

- Experience operating within fast-paced development environments
