## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section in Barnstaple, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak periods, and be expected to adapt to changing demands.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapting to various areas of the store as needed

The work pattern for this role is as follows:

- Week 1: Monday 16:00-20:00, Wednesday 16:00-20:00, Friday 16:00-20:00, Saturday 14:30-21:00

- Week 2: Sunday 16:00-20:00, Friday 14:30-21:00

Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
