## Description

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator at Ubisoft Montreal, you will be responsible for administering the Atlassian applications used by production and service teams.

You will contribute to the reliability and security of these tools, support Ubisoft teams, and participate in the migration of Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.

Key responsibilities:

- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including projects, spaces, workflows, screens, request types, and permissions

- Monitor the status, performance, and availability of the platform and identify areas for improvement

- Gather requirements from production and service teams and improve workflows and request processing processes

- Configure Jira automations and maintain integrations and Atlassian Marketplace applications

- Perform migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud, including testing, validation, and post-migration support

- Coordinate the migration with teams to minimise work disruptions

- Manage access, groups, and security settings according to internal requirements

- Provide technical support and training to Ubisoft teams

- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides

- Identify ways to automate manual tasks and improve team usage of Atlassian tools

Requirements:

- Experience in administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a large-user organisation

- Configuring workflows, automations, permission systems, and other Jira settings, with experience in Atlassian Cloud being an asset

- Administering Atlassian Marketplace applications, such as ScriptRunner, Xray, and others

- Resolving application issues through rigorous evaluation and troubleshooting

- Communicating in French and English to support Montreal teams and Ubisoft colleagues worldwide

- Collaborating with production and service teams to understand their needs and help them use the tools

- Managing multiple requests simultaneously, working with rigour, and taking responsibility for access and security

- Holding an Atlassian Certified Professional certification, an asset
