## Venture & Growth Debt Analyst

### About this role

As a Venture & Growth Debt Analyst, you will play a core role in supporting the underwriting and execution of venture debt transactions, working closely with senior team members across all stages of the investment lifecycle.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct credit analysis, financial modelling and due diligence to support the underwriting and execution of venture debt transactions

- Perform market research, competitive analysis and management referencing to inform investment decisions

- Prepare investment materials and internal credit documentation to facilitate the transaction process

- Support structuring and negotiation of transaction terms and documentation to ensure successful deal execution

- Assist in managing transaction processes across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication

- Monitor portfolio companies and support ongoing relationship management to ensure the long-term success of investments

- Contribute to quarterly valuations and investor reporting to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders

### Requirements

- Typically 1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, private credit, VC/growth equity, consulting or related roles

- Strong financial modelling and financial statement analysis skills

- High commercial curiosity with interest in high-growth technology and healthcare businesses

- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail

- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- High integrity and alignment with BlackRock’s fiduciary culture
