## Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our attorneys team, you will focus on advocating for injured clients and maximizing case outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense and a strong desire to work as part of a team.

In this role, you will:

- Conduct intake meetings with clients, documenting pertinent facts and outlining action items

- Direct investigations to build strong cases for trial

- Prepare cases for trial while evaluating Full Settlement Value

- Negotiate with adjusters and file suit when necessary

- Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000–$400,000 annually, plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.
