## Description

Diageo is seeking a Technical Supply Business Partner to support the successful delivery and commercialization of innovation and brand change initiatives in the Thailand market.

The role requires expertise in packaging supplier and third-party producer performance management, ensuring capabilities and operational excellence are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Supply teams to deliver new product launches and brand change projects

- Providing technical and supply chain recommendations to support project decision-making

- Leading packaging development, validation, and testing activities

- Driving productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

- Serving as the market Health & Safety Champion

- Leading key governance and technical compliance initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years' experience across governance, quality, technical operations, and supply chain functions

- Proven experience in Quality Management, Innovation & Brand Change, and Project Management

- Strong knowledge of quality systems, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
