## Description

NVIDIA's Japan Sales Operations team is seeking a seasoned and strategic Customer Business Operations Specialist. You will manage the entire order lifecycle, from forecast management to delivery and post-shipment support, for a strategic direct customer.

Responsibilities:

- Own the complete order and supply management for a strategic direct customer

- Process purchase orders and coordinate booking and delivery with internal teams

- Manage schedule changes and track weekly forecast against supply commitments

- Proactively resolve delays, pull-ins, and push-outs with operations and demand planning teams

- Handle finance-related operations, including monthly payment confirmation, accounts receivable reconciliation, credit limit management, and rebate tracking

- Develop and maintain customer-facing and compliance documents

- Assist with RMA processes from start to finish

- Work alongside sales, finance, operations, and global teams to facilitate flawless delivery

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, written and verbal

- Demonstrated capability to collaborate across departments

- Experience in direct customer-facing operations roles

- Passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

- More than 3 years of experience in customer operations, supply chain operations, or order management

- Practical experience with order-to-delivery workflows

- Experience with an ERP or order management system
