## Description

We are seeking a Production Support Technician to join our QA Testing Services team at our Gurugram studio.

As a Production Support Technician, you will be responsible for setting up workstations, maintaining inventory sheets, and providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain workstations, hardware, and equipment

- Diagnose and treat broken equipment

- Deploy and update builds, firmware, OS, and images to platforms, PCs, and mobile devices

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise

- Maintain technical documents and records

- Assist with floor planning and hardware allocation

Requirements:

- Entry-level position with 0-6 months of experience

- Basic to intermediate PC/Windows installation and troubleshooting skills

- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge

- Basic understanding of build installation and troubleshooting on Windows and Mobile

- Willingness to learn platforms other than PC

Soft skills:

- Ability to learn and analyze problems

- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong self-motivation and reliability
