## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Power BI Developer to lead the migration of enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions from Qlik Sense and Alteryx to Microsoft Power BI.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate dashboard conversion, automate report development, improve code quality, and modernize reporting platforms.

## Responsibilities

- Migrate Qlik Sense dashboards and Alteryx workflows to Power BI.

- Develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and KPIs using complex DAX and Power Query.

- Utilize AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve development productivity and accelerate migration efforts.

- Design scalable data models and optimize reporting performance.

- Implement security, governance, and row-level access controls.

- Support production applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.

- Participate in Agile development processes using Jira and DevOps practices.

## Qualifications

- 5+ years of Business Intelligence and Analytics development experience.

- Strong expertise in:

- Power BI

- Qlik Sense

- Alteryx

- SQL Server and/or Oracle

- DAX and Power Query

- Experience with dashboard modernization and migration projects.

- Experience supporting enterprise production reporting applications.

- Strong data modeling, data integration, and performance tuning skills.

- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Qlik Sense Architect or Power BI certification.

- Python, Azure, and DevOps experience.

- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or product development organizations.
