We are seeking a Trainer Dermocosmetics BeLux to join our team.

As a Trainer Dermocosmetics BeLux, you will accompany the MediMarket teams in Belgium and Luxembourg in their professional development. You will be a true ambassador of dermocosmetic expertise, contributing to strengthening the quality of advice at the point of sale and growing commercial performance through engaging and inspiring training.

Your mission:

- Design and deliver dynamic training sessions for MediMarket teams.

- Develop product knowledge and commercial skills of employees.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and excellence in customer advice.

- Inspire teams to gain confidence, expertise, and impact.

- Adapt your interventions to the realities and needs of the field.

- Work closely with internal partners to build relevant and effective training programs.

- Organize your schedule autonomously and travel regularly in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your profile:

- You master French and Dutch perfectly.

- You have a real interest in the world of dermocosmetics, beauty, or skin health.
